Battambang call of free healthcare for all older people

On 4 and 5 October, delegations in Battambang and Banteay Meanchey provinces will call for free access to primary health care services for all older people, which is presently only available to those with ID POOR status based on their household livelihood situation, as well as home care service and support for all older people.
